An NFL playoff classic

Ravens @ Pats div playoff game
New England looked unstoppable
on their opening drive.Taking the
lead with a 31yd screen pass from
Pats QB Tom Brady to RB
L.Maroney.

Boldin breaks tackles
The alarms bells could have started
ringing early on the Ravens sidelines.
But big free agent signing WR
Boldin broke 2 tackles on a slant
to break free for a 48yd TD to
tie the score 7-7.

The Patriots struck back with a
2yd dive by RB S.Morris.

Ray Lewis stops New Englands drive with an INT.
With the PAT's up 7 and driving
again in the 2nd Q. Future Hall
of Famer Ray Lewis stepped
infront of a Brady pass and
returned the ball
7yds to the Patriots 28.

The Ravens soon tied it up
14-14 with a 20yd TD pass
from Joe Flacco to FB L.McClain.

Baltimore looked to be driving
when Joe Flacco found Pat's
LB J.Mayo on the sideline.
Who returned the interception
48yds and a 21-14 Patriots lead.

Baltimore managed a quick 2
minute drive ending with a FG
closing the 24-17 Pat's
halftime lead.

K.Faulk gives up another costly turnover.
The 3rd Q
opened with
a big hit from
Raven safety
D.Landry causing
a fumble,and
Raven LB
T.Gooden
recovered the
ball at the
Pat's 26.
The Ravens
could only
manage a
42yd FG,closing
the score to
24-20.

Raven DE D.McClover seeing
limited playing time managed
to jump infront of a Brady
pass and sprint his way
back for a 45yd
score.And giving the Ravens
a 27-24 lead with 9 seconds
left in the 3rd Q .

The Patriots horrible play
continued with a missed 53yd
FG.

But it was Ray Rices fumble
that gave New England life
at the Pat's 47. Patriot WR
T.Holt gave New England
a 31-27 lead with 2.02 left
in the game.

Boldin would come up big
again with a 71yd pass
reception from Joe Flacco
to the Pat's 4.

With 1.27 left L.McClain dived
into the endzone from a yard out
giving the Ravens a 34-31 lead.

Tom Brady showed amazing
calmness moving New England
down the field for them to
kick a 32yd FG and send
the game to OT
with the score 34-34.

The Raven defense stepped up
yet again on the Patriots
opening OT drive with
Ngata stripping
the ball for Raven safety Ed
Reed to recover at the Pat's 38.

L.McClain would barge his way
in from 8yds out. To give the
Ravens an incredible 40-34
OT win.
